Northwoods Music Therapy, LLC provides individualized music therapy services through a variety of service models and funding sources.

Northwoods Music Therapy’s usual and customary rate for individual music therapy services, including services provided under CLTS market-rate authorization is:

$150 per 50-minute individual session

Additional fees may apply for travel, assessments, consultations, reports, or specialized services when applicable and authorized.

Rates are subject to periodic review and adjustment.

Effective January 1, 2026.
